Otsego Public Schools' Occupational Therapist, Karlee Junkins, and Speech-Language Pathologist, Kaitlin Busch, just set up a new opportunity for kids to move around and take a quick break from the classroom. They set up what's called a sensory path. It contains several different activities that get their bodies and brains moving in various ways which helps then focus for when they go back into the classroom. It's built for both an activity the entire class can do, or it can be a quick brain break for an individual.
Take a look at kids going through the new activity and hear from the creators in this video on the sensory path.
